- The permits would only be available to full time residents of the parish
- There would be rigid criteria for qualification
- An annual payment of £10.00
- One permit per address
- Permits would be provided for either a car/small van
- The scheme would provide the permit holder 1 hour parking in the gravelled overflow area of the car park, per day
- It would not guarantee a space and spaces would not be reservable
